Public Hearing to review an Ordinance by the Mayor and City Council for the City of Rincon repealing the Code of the City of Rincon, Georgia at Chapter 90 (Growth Management), specifically, Article VI, Section 90-182 (Corridor Overlay District); to be replaced with Chapter 90 (Zoning and Growth Management), Section 90-27.A.13 (Traditional Residential Business Overlay - TRB) through 90-37 (Fort Howard Corridor Overlay);to provide for notice; to provide for severability; to provide an effective date; to repeal all Ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; and for other purposes.
